To_____________________________________________ 19 Order No. PD 51 (2) Customer's No. ________________________ over the ambient temperature; a resultant output curve corresponding to each position being obtained. Compared with the machine in a normal condition, the curves for the machine with the finer winding are a little later at cutting in (about 40 rpm) and reach about the same peak, but are higher at the high speeds (about 1 ampere). It is also noticed that the increase in cutting-in speed, between successive B angles, is not so great. On the whole, therefore, the curves are thought to be an improvement. The performance of the machine as regards commutation appeared to be quite equal to that of the machine in the normal condition. Signed C.A.P. This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
