Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of the 20th April, and of course we are sympathetic with the consideration which makes it improbable that you will purchase one of our instruments. However, we should like to give you another trial when we have modified the Luvax shock-absorbers you sent us.
With regard to our shock-absorber valve assembly: we have had in mind that if these experiments are a success you will either take a licence to manufacture under our patents or purchase shock-absorbers in which they are incorporated. We quite appreciate that in the event of your purchasing shock-absorbers you would have to satisfy yourselves as to the quality of the manufacture.
Yours faithfully,
THE CLOUDSLEY ENGINEERING COMPANY, LTD.
