GRY{Shadwell Grylls} SFT{Mr Swift}) Minute only GRY{Shadwell Grylls} 25/30 HP. CHASSIS - RADIATORS. -------------------------------------- With reference to Sft{Mr Swift}/WNW.1/DR.29.1.36, the radiators with the modified construction i.e. with pressed metal side plates etc. should not be introduced on production until one of these radiators has been tested and proved to be satisfactory by the Experimental Department. One of these radiators has been instructed to the Experimental Department for this purpose, and we suggest that Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} informs us the approximate date when it is hoped to have the tests completed. In the meantime it will be necessary to carry on with the present Mark 111. matrices and cast side frames etc. as we are not in a position to order the modified parts in parallel with experimental testing. In regard to Mark V.{VIENNA} matrices, we do not think it possible to get this through the necessary standardisation tests in time for introduction on M.2. series, as the radiator is being re-designed.
