Requesting the order of a Weston Electrical Instrument for Mr. Royce, specifying required measurement ranges.

| To O.O. from EFC. EFC4/T18.2.18. X.2048 - ELECTRICAL MEASUREING INSTRUMENT FOR MR. Royce. Will you kindly order up from the Weston Electrical Instrument Company, one of the their model 45 portable D.C, instruments as specified on the accompanying sheet. Messrs. Weston should be informed that we are not clear from their description, whether more than two ranges are included in one instrument or not, but what we want is to be able to measure (1) Volts from 0 to .15 (2) volts from 0 to 15 (3) Amps from 0 to 1.5 (4) and amps. from 0 to 15. If there are only two ranges included in the instrument itself we think we had better have a mill-voltmeter which will presumably have the two ranges of volts as specified above.
