Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} represents Sales at Derby and, as he will be responsible for testing the EAC chassis, I should be glad if you would arrange for him to go out on the EAC chassis and that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} should explain to him what features have been complained of by Sales, which of them have been rectified and by what method and which are still in the opinion of Sales not sufficiently good. We should like EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} to send us a report on any features which he considers are still unsatisfactory. CJ. | ||
