| -2- BY8-P28.11.23. whilst dealing with the question of batteries I would like to add that I consider we should make the inclusion of an ebonite separators compulsory in the 20 HP. P & R battery as well, as undoubtedly if by any chance we had a failure due to a fault of the wood separator which could have been prevented by the use of an ebonite insulator. In addition we should be blamed for having permitted the P & R Co. to depart from what our previous experience had shewed to be necessary in connection with the Exide. BY.{R.W.
