CHASSIS 68-AU. SPRING COUPLING.

BJ. has been on the telephone this morning and informed me that after discussing the matter with CJ. they decided to leave the spring drive coupling on 68-AU.

In addition to the foregoing, BJ states that he wishes us to s end a spring drive coupling to Cricklewood to be fitted to chassis 62-AU.

Will Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} kindly arrange to issue instructions in the ordinary way, on the authority of BJ's telephone message, instructing the spring coupling to be despatched at once, or at the earliest possible moment if one is not available just now, to Cricklewood for fitting to 62-AU.

This will mean that two cars will be fitted up with the old type spring coupling to CJ's expressed instructions.
