PHANTOM STEERINGS.

Reference Ps1/Crn20. 8. 26. R.{Sir Henry Royce} has agreed that we can change side steering tube springs only on original Phantom steerings to overcome customers complaints. We have issued a standardisation sheet for this alteration and are only waiting for PN.{Mr Northey} to return his sheet when it will be completed and sent on to you. Technically, therefore, there is no reason why the springs cannot be changed as Ps. suggests.
