X418 [stamped out] Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Mx. {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} Mx {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} 3/T18.12.25. re 20-HP./Chassis No.57. S.G. Fuller. With reference to memo Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} 4/W16.12.25 with enclosures, and referring to Engine Bearing Knocks in the above Chassis, I entirely agree with Hm {Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} 's views on this matter, and certainly think that if any further cases crop up it will be advisable to inform Cricklewood that the Car must come to the Works, in order that a full investigation can be made.
