re. Steels.

I feel it is quite possible to buy steels from a few other sources than Firth's that will do most of our work.
Whether the price is better we should leave to ADY., but I quite understand that it is very difficult to know when we have got exactly the same, and whether the uniformity is going to be satisfactory. I would not risk this under 20A, except in the unimportant parts.
