Schooling: rather mixed. secondary during the War. finishing at the Northern Polytechnic at Holloway. & three years at the L.C.C. Technical Institute of Engineering at Hackney. 2. In 1921 I went to Bentley Motors as an Improver in the original exp. Shop, the next year I assisted in building the T.T. racing cars. under Mr. F.C. Clement.
