SILENCER.
With reference to CWEL6/GM20.9.26, we cannot quite follow the principle of the silencer in question, as we have never seen anything similar with pronounced tendencies for the suppression of noise.
Unless a working model could be produced which could prove the efficiency of such a silencer, we do not see how we could seriously consider it.
