16. NOT ON AGENDA. POWERPLUS SUPERCHARGER.
Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} read notes as follows:-
"This question is not yet settled but it can be dealt
"with amicably if we pay the Powerplus people a certain
"sum toward their expenses. Although we are not
"obliged to do this it may be good policy to do so to
"keep their goodwill.
Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} agreed to a settlement not exceeding £50 and E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} will negotiate this.

17. NOT ON AGENDA. Engines for Light Tanks.
Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} read notes as follows:-
"E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} raises the following points in relation to tank
"engines.
(A) War Office has altered position of oil tank and this involves further development work to prove out the change in installation. A further contract is required for this work.
(B) War Office now require further work on ignition screening. Further contract is required for this.
(C) An amendment is required to the contract for 50 engines to cover any alterations which are found to be necessary as a result of (B). It is not expected that any alterations to the 50 engine contract will be necessary as a result of (A)."
E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} has written to the War Office on this subject. EH/HP.25.11.32. was read.

18. NOT ON AGENDA. Material for 20/25's.
Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} authorised the increase to 100 sets of the 50 sets which he has just sanctioned.

19. NOT ON AGENDA. Bringing 70 M.S. up to D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Series standard.
Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} said he wished to be supplied with an estimate for converting finished car 70.M.S. now in use in Paris to 'D' Series standard particularly as regards engine and brakes.
There may be some differences which affect appearance only and these should be mentioned but may not have to be carried out. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} will decide.
The car will be sent to Derby for conversion when decision has been made.

20. NOT ON AGENDA. Improvements to P.II. chassis.
Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} note on this subject was referred to. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} agreed, subject to R.{Sir Henry Royce} not raising any objection, to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} going ahead.
