In our H.T. distributors I believe
we use nickel.

Would any other metal be more suit-
able, such as tungsten, real silver, or stainless
steel?

Looking at the Bosch distributor
head it would appear that their insulation is con-
siderably less than we use, and yet you are com-
plaining of tracking of the same materials.
