Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Swdl.{Len H. Swindell}4/MJ.22.9.33.

We have issued instructions to RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} to make a worm and wheel controlled adjustment of the throttle edge slow runner, as shewn in the R.H.Scheme 1639 (Sch.2) and to details By/CS.1/EH.17.7.33. This is for the standard P.11 semi expanding carburetter now in production and immediately it is available we will try out this scheme and see if satisfactory for production.

As this scheme overcomes any patent right we do not desire to continue with any two hole scheme such as LEC.3349 which has been incorporated on the latest expl. Phantom carburetter LEC.3432.

Will you please incorporate R.H. scheme 1639 (Sch.2) on this carburetter as soon as possible so that it may be developed with the remainder of the new features.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/L.Swindall.
