Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}10/CB20.1.20. X.4159. RE PETROL GAUGES. X 3896 As Sales Department are constantly being asked to recommend or fit a gauge on the petrol tank we propose that in such cases Sales should ask the customer to fit Simms Magnetic Petrol Gauges of the type No. 2 Upright correctly marked to suit our tank. We have written to the Simms Motor Units - makers of the gauge and asked them to prepare a dial suitable for our tank and then we wish that the policy might be to fit this gauge in all cases where the customer specially requires a gauge until our standard arrangement is ready.
