E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} A.{Mr Adams} C. THROTTLE.

Attached is a sketch of a device which we
have handed to the Test Dept. for setting their throttle
governor. Should more of these be required, the sketch
indicates how they are made so that the Tool Room could
be instructed.

We suggest that it would be a good idea if
oil relays were tested on cars shortly before they are
passed off test to ascertain that the correct ignition
advance is available. If you will let us know when
you will have some cars available and when it is convenient,
we will send a man across to show you how this can be
done.
