Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}/EH4/L27115. R.{Sir Henry Royce} 27.1.15. Before I left Bognor I fitted the priming device to 7CA. The method of working it is first to turn the petrol on, then set two-way tap which is under the bonnet so that it delivers the pressure to the rear tank as usual, after the pressure has been pumped up the tap is turned on to the float chamber and the tap on the induction pipe is opened, then give 15 to 20 strokes of the hand pump and turn taps off before the starting handle is turned. [Handwritten text] Dimmy The standard tap for induction pipe & the plug for the float chamber will be found in the side pocket of the car. | ||
