you premature information that may prove to be unreliable.

As far as we can tell at present, we should think the scheme as carried out to chassis 3.BT.{Capt. J. S. Burt - Engineer}121 is a good one and in the right direction.

We will ask Mr. Sparrow to keep us informed as to the results obtained on his car.

We shall attend to chassis 3.BU.94, de Villeroy, as soon as it returns to Paris.

We should mention that we are very busy on general repair work and short handed owing to the annual holiday period. Our men now get two weeks paid holidays, overtime has been abolished in France and our shops work the 40 hour week. We mention this in order to let you know that, from the middle of July to the end of August, we carry on under certain difficulties and do what we can to keep owners satisfied.

VA. vd.

P.S. We note that you are sending us some high pressure petrol pumps as soon as they are available. We take it that any necessary fittings that may be needed will accompany them.
