To HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale} 200a Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F. Martindale}3/MH.{M. Huckerby}25.10.37. 6-B-IV BRAKES. The engine on this car moves forward when the brakes are applied and the result is that sometimes the front brakes fail to come on. To see if the brake system is satisfactory will you please make two front brake ropes, 3/8" shorter than standard, and fit same to car. This is only a temporary measure and ultimately the engine will have to be more firmly located fore and aft to give satisfactory brakes. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AFM.{Anthony F.
