x201 To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}23/KW.27.12.34. Failure of Front Axle Pivot Pins. We believe you have all the details of the improved pivot pins but that it will be a day or two before you can make the parts owing to the new material required. In the meantime could you let Walter Bell have a 'C' series type axle with the present production pivot pins, which we shall joggle and determine a time for failure of the existing pins. We should like to be doing this right away so as to be able to test the new parts the moment they are ready. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
