This unit has a customers block and pistonsGUL 34 which is to be run for oil consumption until a flat figure is obtained.

Then to be returned to the shop.

Following C.15, this unit will be ready for endurance test for bearings.

Has new AC6S main bearings? 3 big end bearings in AC5S and 3 in AC6S which have been run previously on No. 5 bed. Engine has special clutch and prior to fitting on the bed, the gear box to be sent into the shop for ventilation modifications on the clutch case to be carried out in accord ance with request of Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Smth. Endurance to be run alternate 10 hours at full throttle and 10 hours 1/4 load.

Will you please collect and send in all the information and running time on the special sparking plugs which have been recently tested for Wet on Ethyl.
