This morning we have received a letter from T.B.Andre & Co.Ltd. dated 26th inst. in reply to the remarks in By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /C15/H24.6.24 and I attach copy hereto. There is evidently an omission in the second paragraph of said letter, but I think you will be able to take a decision without having said omission rectified.
