CENTRALISED CHASSIS LUBRICATION 3806 78430 Herewith we send N. scheme 2473. shewing a proposed revision to the pipe on the steering pendulum lever. We have an impression that the arrangement shewn on N. scheme 2445. is rather difficult to make a production job, and suggest that that shewn on N. sch. 2473. will be easier, in addition to which Mr. Bijur at our interview on Wednesday expressed the view that in this case a larger pipe would give better results, so that we have increased it to ¼" O.D. We are not certain of the necessity of this latter point, and if the lever and pipe to N. sch. 2445. are already made we suggest that it should be used for the experiment.
