CONTINUATION JOSEPH LUCAS LIMITED PAGE 2. DATE 11.4.35. Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. and a much more accurate shape should result as it is extremely difficult to avoid slight distortion when part of the ~~metal~~ has to be removed from the reflector when it is in a state of stress from the raising. The tripod of course, will be carried in the extension rim and these modifications should not prove too extensive from the tool outlook. We will let you have a drawing showing the proposed arrangement for your comments, in the course of the next few days. Yours faithfully, JOSEPH LUCAS LIMITED. R.h. Heier. | ||
