Dear Sirs,

We have your letter of the 19th instant, in regard to aluminium alloy bearing materials, and we have no doubt whatsoever that we can successfully replace the copper lead lined bearing, providing proper steps are taken in the fitting of such a bearing and in the lubrication.

Therefore, in order to advise you, it is necessary that we have a discussion, and the Writer will visit you, together with our Engine Expert who is experienced in these bearing matters.

Unfortunately, due to the holiday period, it may not be possible to visit until after September 13th. We are, however, trying to make arrangements for next week, and will advise you if this is suitable.

Yours faithfully,
For and on behalf of
HIGH DUTY ALLOYS LIMITED.

W.C.Devereux.
Managing Director.
