| Engine Slipper Drive Seizures. | W. 1. | W. 21. | 67. | In spite of carrying out the latest improvements, i.e. cotton duck friction washers, and new spring poundage, we are still getting slipper drives which increase in loading and become uneven in action with running. |

| Engine Overoiling. | W. 4. | W. 6. | 5. | In cases of overoiling we find the crankshaft allows a good deal of oil to pass due to wear on the journals. It is a cheaper method of overcoming the trouble to keep the oil down by honing the cylinder bores and fitting new pistons and rings. |
